Call from God is a gift; as we received your precious call to SD we are grateful to you, being an SD sister you specially invited us to your healing ministry, as medical professionals to give life to the human where ever we serve.
The sick and the suffering humanity, experience Gods mercy through the sisters who are working in the field of healing ministry, where we cure their health, we touch their hearts and soul, and thus make them more aware of Gods mercy and healing. Medical profession is an apt place to live the destituteness of an SD Sister in its fullness. Each Sister who is working in this field has taken great responsible mission of seeing the suffering God in those who are physically and mentally sick. We are grateful to God that Sisters of this Province are doing this mission faithfully in and outside Kerala.
Our province has two hospitals, one at Coonoor in Tamilnadu, and othger at Belthangady in Karnataka. We could provide skilled sisters in the field of Medicine, Nursing, Lab, Pharmacy and X-ray to give better service in both of these hospitals. Sisters from the province are rendering their selfless service in Samaritan Hospital, Pazhanganad under Generalate, St.Thomas hospital, Chethipuzha, Medical College at Trivandrum, Alleppy and Kottayam, and Good Samaritan Cancer Hospital in Tanzania. The province is very proud to say that they give witness to the Compassionate Christ in and around where they are. We have 5 dispensaries in TamilNadu (Chengalpattu and Vellore Diocese). If any sick people/bedridden patient need nursing care; then our dispensaries are ready to care them, as voluntary service.
